THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, TO Mathew Brown GREETINGS:

Trusting in your care and fidelity, the Court of Probate, for the County and State aforesaid, doth by these presences, pursuant to the law, nominate, constitute and appoint you the said Mathew Brown to be guardian unto Mathew B. Hinthorn, Cynthia Jane Hinthorn, Ephraim Hinthorn, Susannah Hinthorn, Elizabeth Hinthorn and Nathan Hinthorn now residing in said county, minors under the age of fourteen years, and authorise and empower you to take and have the management, care and custody of their estate, and generally to do and perform all and singular the duties of guardian to said Mathew B. Hinthorn, Cynthia Jane Hinthorn, Ephraim Hinthorn, Susannah Hinthorn, Elizabeth Hinthorn and Nathan Hinthorn according to law.
