This is a test post to see how I might use Google Feedburner and a button at the bottom of this blog's display to automatically send Email notices to subscribers.

My test subscription worked. At 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, 25 Sep 2012, I received an Email with the full text of the "test post" and a link to the blog itself.
I'm not sure I like where I installed the button. I think very few will scroll down to find it.
